3. Retention Policy

However, after you delete your account, we may process such personal information as is necessary for us to fulfill an agreement with you, or such personal information as we are required to keep by relevant law.

4.1. To process your transactions on Simpledo, we need to share some of your personal information with the third-party person or company that processing the transaction.

4.2. Third-party service providers who assist us in providing services to you or who provide fraud detection or similar services on our behalf.

4.3. Third-party service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations such as marketing and technology services. Our contracts require these service providers to only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us, and prohibit them from selling your information to anyone else.

4.4. We may also use third party services/tools to process AML/KYC identification verification.

4.6. If you establish a Simpledo account indirectly on a third-party website or via a third-party application, any information that you enter on that website or application (and not directly on Simpledo's website) will be shared with the owner of the third-party website or application and your information may be subject to their privacy policies.

You can delete your account by emailing support@simpledo.io. When you request for us to delete your account for the Service, your personal information will be permanently deleted from our servers and access to your account will be disabled. In addition, you may opt-out of providing personal information via the mobile application at any time by uninstalling the mobile application using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or store. We may retain your personal information in accordance with our retention policy and to the extent required to comply with (or we deem it reasonable in light of) any laws or regulations.
